When It Comes To Racing, The Evanora Envisions The Perfect Lotus
by AutoExpert | 11 April, 2022
Maitreya Dhanak's exotic Lotus idea is perhaps even more amazing than the original. The Lotus Evanora is an electric sports car with a strong emphasis on aerodynamics and weight reduction. In practice, it might not be as good for commuting as the Evija, but on paper, it should be superior for fast-paced racing.
Many of the Evanora's major mechanical parts are entirely visible. For instance, instead of a standard hood, the front end features open panels that show a complicated carbon fiber suspension system that looks similar to what you'd see in a modern Formula 1 vehicle.
Around the wheel arches, there are additional large apertures. Dhanak has also envisaged the Evanora with a bold front splitter and a compact windshield to offer it a true racer vibe. Also, it lacks standard wing mirrors in favor of rear-facing cameras.
The form of the LED taillights is notably close to that of the Evija when viewed from behind. A huge carbon-fiber wing and a noticeable diffuser are also included. The interior of the Evanora is somewhat basic, given its racing focus, but the bucket seats, compact steering wheel, carbon fiber tunnel, and center console stand out.
For sure, the Evanora is an excellent contender for a track-only hypercar that makes no compromises in performance or handling.
