The recyclable Mercedes Benz Recy concept car!

This Mercedes Benz Recy concept car was created in order to participate in the LA Design Challenge, focusing on ecological technologies.

The main materials used in this concept are glass, rubber, and wood, all of them blended in one body full of resistance.

The main sources of inspiration for Recy were the Riva handcrafted wooden yachts. The car is powered by a 4 cylinders Blu-Tec engine, working on bio-diesel.

Thanks to the used materials, Recy is completely recyclable and allows the owner to constantly change the panels that have been deteriorated.
