BMW M2 Competition got himself a discreet makeover under the skilled hands of the Manhart tuner. Along came new wheels, suspension, and even more power. Renamed MH2 500 is a ten-only package limited to only ten examples featuring the tuner's MHtronik control unit.
If you ask yours, what more can Manhart bring to a BMW M2 Competition get ready to be amazed. How about 511 horsepower and 700 NEwton-meters outputs from the 3.0-liter twin-turbo six-cylinder engine - that's an extra 146 horsepower and 150 Newton-meters of torque.
There's still nothing confirmed on other upgrades for the M2 Competition's performances, but there are rumors that the standard car's rates would be 4.3 seconds sprint for the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) distance. This way, the tuned version would be a competitor for the new M4 Competition Coupe, at least in straight-line acceleration.
Manhart has also worked a little bit on the model's design offering a new body kit with a new front lip, diffuser, and a carbon fiber boot lid spoiler. The exterior is completed with the 9×20-inch front and 10.5×20-inch rear wheels, wrapped in 245/30 and 285/25 tires. As you've noticed already, the MH2 500 features silver trims instead of the usual gold trim on the outside, contrasting beautifully with the black exterior. The interior has upgrades of an additional display inside to replace the left central air vent and seats and a steering wheel with black leather contrasting with the blue-turquoise stitches.
