Introducing Alpha Supersaga, An Electric Vehicle With Personality
by AutoExpert | 30 November, 2021
We hear about a new electric car company regularly. There have been many promising concepts, but only a few of them have come to fruition. For instance, Alpha, an electric vehicle manufacturer, made its debut last year with the Ace.
Following that, we saw a truck and, most importantly, the Saga, a midsize electric vehicle that seems just great. But now, the brand has unveiled the Supersaga, a partnership with Rotiform.
Basically, the Supersaga serves to demonstrate to auto fans that even electric vehicles can be customized to satisfy individuals' preferences. Alpha Supersaga will have a "high torque and low weight dual axial motor all-wheel-drive system," according to the company. This should result in a 0-60 mph speed of 4.6 secs. DC power, like ordinary Saga, can bring you to 80 % in 1 hour.
The 20-inch Rotiform DTM wheels in Satin Black are a noticeable improvement over the standard Saga. A huge rear wing joins a revised front bumper with an incorporated air dam to help in "high-speed mobility by an efficient generation of downforce."
Alpha intends to build the automobile out of a mix of aluminum and carbon fiber, and two color options, Paradise and Runway, were revealed at the unveiling. All of this is really promising, but until we have one of those Alpha cars in action, we're going to keep our expectations realistic.
