The Polestar brand, known for its electric vehicles, does not currently have a supercar or hypercar in its product lineup. However, a Russian designer named Alexey Semenov has imagined what a flagship hypercar from Polestar could look like with his creation, called the Polestar_21 Aero Coupe concept.
The design features bold, futuristic styling while retaining some signature Polestar design elements. Alexey Semenov previously worked for several automotive companies, including Mercedes-AMG and Volvo.
Alexey Semenov drew inspiration from the 1920s, an era known for its impressive car designs, while creating the Polestar_21 Aero Coupe concept. One of the characteristic features of cars from this era was the long hood, which Semenov incorporated into his design. However, he made the hood much more streamlined, lower, and aerodynamic.
The front end of the Polestar_21 Aero Coupe concept is notable for its LED headlights. The front also features large air intakes and an opening that directs air from the front splitter over the hood and windshield. At the rear, the car has a futuristic design with an LED light bar, a Formula 1-inspired central brake light, and a prominent diffuser.
Interestingly, the front end of the Polestar_21 Aero Coupe has a wider track than the rear end, which becomes apparent when viewing the car from the back. Let us know what you have to say about the concept in the comments.
