Audi will unveil a new concept. It will be called Prologue Avant and will be presented to the public at the Swiss Auto Show this spring.
After the success of the Prologue Coupe, Audi decided to surprise the world again with a new car. This time it's Prologue Avant, the break version of Prologue, which previews the future Avant models of the German manufacturer.
And if the coupe was smaller compared to the flagship A8 model, then Prologue Avant will impose with a length of more than five meters and a width of 1.95 m. It is assumed that under the hood you will find 8 cylinders in V, with a volume of 4.0 liters that develop 605 hp and 750 who Nm. The engine will be coupled to an automatic gearbox in eight speeds that will deliver all the power to the all-wheel-drive system.
Although the manufacturer has not yet released any official images of the new concept, we know the headlights will involve a technology called "Matrix". Allegedly, the Prologue Avant will compete with the new Mercedes-Benz CLS Shooting Brake and also will dictate the design of future Audi A and A6 Avant.
