Aston Martin DBS Superleggera, already the epitome of luxury, caught the eye of Mariani Car-Styling, who believed they could push the boundaries of this model further. Their program targets performance enhancements through drivetrain and powertrain upgrades.
Partnering with KW Automotive, Mariani introduced a coilover suspension, lowering the car by 0.79 inches. This tweak aims to maximize power transfer to the ground and lower the center of gravity for improved stability during high-speed cornering.
The tuner says the 5.2-liter twin-turbo V12 now pumps out an impressive 769 horsepower and 738 lb-ft of torque. To optimize performance, the company recommends installing chip tuning and a performance-optimized sports exhaust. This exhaust is designed to ensure a comfortable ride at lower speeds.
Adding to the bundle, the exhaust flap can be remotely controlled. Settings for adaptive damper adjustments can be easily calibrated with the push of a button, enabling drivers to select the setup that best aligns with their driving style. To further refine handling, a wheel spacer has been included. The DBS Superleggera now cruises on forged wheels (11.5Jx21 inches), weighing a mere 24.3 lbs.
While the pricing for the Aston Martin DBS Superleggera tuning package remains undisclosed, Mariani revealed that the modification process took three weeks to complete. Their vision was to accentuate the elegance of this model while amplifying its performance potential.
