Adro Takes Bold Moves To Enhance The BMW M2's Aesthetics
by AutoExpert | 11 March, 2024
A designer wanted to give his BMW M2 sportscar a new style, so he taped duct tape on the front and back ends. Davis Yongwon Lee, chief designer of the Adro tuning firm in California and a former employee of Mercedes, Maybach, Hyundai, and Rivian, is the proud owner of this particular M2.
Well, now this is a really nontraditional method! To address the tricky parts of the BMW M2, the specialists resorted to using red and black duct tape.
We have to say that this makeover transforms the BMW M2 into an undeniably more attractive toy. The front received the majority of the adhesive, which modified the form of the boxy bumper intakes and adjusted the headlight outline. Moreover, the tuner concentrated on the taillights in the rear, moving the clusters towards the center.
Davis made a few digital drawings after investigating his alternatives in the physical mockup, and they both suggested updating the design by adding a grille and refining the bumper intakes. The tuner is likely to include any or all of these features in their future M2 bodykit. We are super excited to see Adro's upcoming bodykit!
