Actually, we're talking about an application recently launched by Volkswagen of America and called Car-Net, which helps you keep in touch with your car even when you're away, via an Apple watch.

The functions of this software are limited to a few "exercises" such as Central lock enabled, i.e. opening and closing, check of the fuel level in the tank, the electric windows and sunroof operation, and checking of the doors, in case that you forget it opened. Also, the owners will be able to view the positioning of the car on the map, and if it is necessary will be helped to find the way to the car.

And if in rush you forgot the parking place exactly where you left the car, then you can activate the alarm function and the headlight illumination to locate easier the Volkswagen. More features have the owners of e-Golf, which can "play" with the climate system of the car or check the batteries.
