Toyota Auto Body, a division of Toyota, unveiled a special edition of the 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser 70 at the Tokyo Auto Salon. Not only does this one-of-a-kind model showcase the latest redesign, but it also brings practical off-road modifications to boost its legendary skills.
A distinctive feature is the matte black paintwork. Another addition is the snorkel, which is mounted in an ideal location for smooth water fording and enables the vehicle to effortlessly traverse deep waters.
To improve the Land Cruiser's capacity for recovery, the front bumper has been modified to accommodate a winch. Customization options include a large roof rack, chrome wing mirrors, and clear lenses for the front turn signals. The Land Cruiser's black wheels with a chrome barrel and off-road tires embrace a tough appearance.
The Toyota Land Cruiser 70 returns to the Japanese market after being out of production since 2015 due to safety concerns. With 201 hp and 369 lb-ft of torque, the 2.8-liter four-cylinder turbodiesel engine powers the redesigned appearance. The six-speed automatic transmission works in perfect harmony with the powertrain, guaranteeing an ideal combination of performance and off-road capability.
