RIP Fifth Generation Chevrolet Camaro! Long Live Sixth Generation!

The Fifth generation of Chevrolet Camaro is officially discontinued! The last 2015 Camaro ZL1 built on the Zeta platform, rolled off the plant in Ontario.

Canada has been producing the Camaros since 2009, and now with the 6^th generation, the production moved back to the USA.

The chief engineer of Camaro said the 5^th gen will always have a special place in the hearts and minds of plant workers, fans, and owners. It deserves its rightful place at the GM Heritage Museum.

Recall that, since its revival in 2009, 5^th gen Camaro was always outselling its most important rival, the Mustang. Things changed when the 2016 Mustang was released, but officials expect that with the rolling of the new Camaro 6^th gen, Mustang will take a beating again!
