Porsche decided to praise their employees by giving them a substantial bonus in the amount of 8,600 euros for the most profitable year in the history of the Stuttgart sports car manufacturer!
Fueled by the success of the Macan, sales of Porsche went up by approximately 17% compared to the same period of 2013. Turnover increased by a fifth, which translates to 17.2 billion euros while the profit increased by 5%, ie up to 2.7 billion euros!
Porsche management decided to share the success with its employees, thus more than 14,600 of them, depending on the selection criteria, will receive a bonus in the amount of 8,600 euros of which 700 euros will go to Porsche Vario Rente program, which is a private pension fund for its employees!
