LINCS - A Modular Multipurpose Lightweight Vehicle Is Introduced By EAV

Electric Assisted Vehicles Limited (EAV), a British transport company, has lately launched the Lightweight Inner-City Solution, a revolutionary modular multifunctional vehicle (LINCS).
LINCS is supported by a lightweight aluminum skateboard base with 2 in-hub electric engines from Saietta Group. The motors are powered by a detachable lithium-ion battery pack with a capacity of up to 100 miles (160 km) in urban and intra-urban settings.
The new LINCS was created by EAV to satisfy markets all over the world, with the driver's cab simply moving from left to right. It's also future-proofed for completely autonomous functioning, with a device that allows many cars to be joined together in a "road train."
In a statement, EAV executive chairman Nigel Gordon-Stewart said: "We're a transport technology solutions company. We created and launched the EAV2Cubed and EAVan, as the foundation of a comprehensive urban Future Transportation strategy created from zero."
Legacy automobile design and technical solutions just do not function in a new, environment- and resource-conscious world. They're too huge, too heavy, and unsustainable from a resource and environmental standpoint. He added: "LINCS is the next phase in our plan to replace historical urban road transportation with innovative, sustainable, zero-emissions, eco friendly and safe, but incredibly efficient cargo and passenger alternatives.”
By providing LINCS with a reusable composite body and using completely recycled aluminum for the vehicle's chassis, the automaker has attempted to reduce its environmental impact.
