Is Michelin Terrena Concept able to adjust to any surfaces?

Marcos Ignacio Madia, an Argentinean designer, is the author of this bold Michelin Terrena concept.
The main idea of this project was to create a car that would be able to adjust to any surfaces. For example, when driven on-road, the car would have a low position, with extended wheels for a higher level of control and stability. When on off-road, the diameter of the wheels would increase, while their width would be reduced, along with a bigger height of the car itself.
Michelin Terrena concept is powered by a front V12 engine, working on hydrogen, producing 650 hp. There is a frontal window revealing the entire beauty of the engine.
The design of the concept is sharp and contrasting. The car is covered with a special flexible material acting as a shock absorber in case of an accident. The exterior is pretty simple, just like the interior. The car fits two persons and provides a futurist steering wheel.
