There are only 1,311 F40's in the world and each one of them became a classic as soon as they left the factory. The F40 was built to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Ferrari.
However, the car that is for sale was secretly customized by its owner that made a deal with Enzo Ferrari. The thing is that Enzo ordered each of those cars to be painted in Rossa Corsa paint and the interior to have red and black accents.
But the Connolly family, Ferrari's leather supplier, wanted their car to be different and asked Enzo to make a few changes. Instead of red seats, they opted for tan colored leather.
And here is the good news, this scarce vehicle is for sale for $1,23 Million. It has almost 19k miles on board, and the original price of this car was a hair less than $400k.
Given the exclusivity and rarity and also it is a collector's car, it might be a good idea to invest in it and sell t later for more.
