Volkswagen Ayoreo: A Fully Electric Concept Car

The future of the auto industry seems to be racing towards electric vehicles, and when builders took a pause and stopped working on electric car projects, the enthusiasts took over and came up with interesting solutions.
The young student Erick Sætre proposed a fully electrical four-door coupe, called Volkswagen Ayoreo. This is not an official Volkswagen concept and we are not aware of the guys there have seen the Volkswagen Ayoreo Concept, but at least on the outside - the car seems interesting. We also find it interesting the fact that the mirrors have been replaced with cameras.
And that's not all. According to the designer, the vehicle would be powered by four electric engines installed in the wheels. All of them will produce 240 HP. Moreover, Volkswagen Ayoreo Concept is intended to be a more affordable option than Tesla S, but also more attractive than Nissan Leaf.
