ECD Auto Design Breathes New Life into The Classic Toyota FJ

A restored Toyota FJ is the latest project for the guys from ECD Auto Design. The Land Rover Range Rover, Jaguar E-Type, and Ford Mustang are just a few of the legendary vehicles the FJ will soon join in the company's expanding range.
Starting with, Chevrolet powers the ECD FJ with a 6.2-liter V-8 engine mated to a six-speed automatic gearbox.
A stainless steel exhaust system, heavy-duty axles, an enhanced suspension, high-performance aluminum cooling systems, better disc brakes, and braided stainless-steel lines are some of the enhancements that the builder implements. The interior has hand-stitched leather seats and a Momo steering wheel. Additional features included in the FJ include air conditioning, a premium four-speaker sound system, Bluetooth, a backup camera, up to four USB charging outlets, an alarm system, and enhanced heat and sound insulation.
From the OEM color palette, buyers may select a full-gloss paint option. ECD offers a variety of 16-inch wheels for buyers to choose from. ECD Auto Design provides a variety of leather alternatives, including those with line, bar, or diamond designs.
Potential buyers will choose from beige, gray, or black for the headliner. The tuner plans to build the first restomoded Toyota FJs in the latter half of 2024, with deliveries expected to start in the first quarter of 2025.
