Compared To The New Nissan Z, Do These Renderings Look Even Better?
by AutoExpert | 11 October, 2021
Most people seem to favor Nissan's new Z Coupe design, which creates a sports car that looks trendy but yet clearly influenced by retro aesthetics. The designer Franklin 郭 from Shanghai, China, went for an even more radical style while designing his fantasy Nissan Z.
The Fairlady Zero Z, as it's known, is based on the 370Z and the Nissan Vision Gran Turismo Concept. There is little doubt that if it were made, it would have some major street influence.
On the Fairlady Zero Z's front, the design is quite forward-thinking and dynamic. Similar to the new Z, the grille is crisp and rectangular, but the body lines are more severe, and the LED headlamps are thinner. It also has a prominent hood with characteristic strakes, as well as strong arches.
The car's dramatic styling continues to the flanks, where Toyo tires are wrapped around wheels with a sophisticated spoke design. When you look back, you'll see a hefty bumper and diffuser with tapered edges to blend in smoother with the rest of the image.
This article features renderings for a Z coupe designed by Franklin 郭 , an independent designer who is not affiliated with or approved by Nissan.
