Lexus Surf LX Is A Concept SUV Designed For Surf Lovers
by AutoExpert | 29 January, 2025
Lexus recently showcased their Surf LX concept at a World Surf League event, and it’s got beach vibes written all over it. Lexus designed this unique SUV for those who adore the coast and its associated activities. To start with, the Lexus LX Surf's exterior features a matte blue finish with a white roof, giving it a relaxed but stylish look.
Black accents and a custom exo-cage add toughness, while the illuminated rear ladder makes it easy to access the roof rack. The SUV sits on custom 20-inch wheels wrapped in big 33-inch all-terrain tires, ready for whatever comes its way.
Inside, Lexus combines luxury with surf-ready practicality. The tan leather seats are typical of a high-end Lexus, but it’s the cargo area that stands out. They’ve outfitted it with a slide-out floor, surfboard rack, and extra storage drawers. You’ll also find a waxing table, a turf mat for changing, and a cooler to keep drinks fresh after a day on the waves.
While Lexus didn’t share specific performance details, the standard 2025 LX packs a twin-turbo V6 with 409 horsepower and 479 lb-ft of torque. It starts at $106,850 and comes with a ten-speed automatic and full-time four-wheel drive.
Beyond just a concept, this model represents an expanded partnership between Lexus and the World Surf League. The brand will sponsor major surf events like the US Open of Surfing, and their collaboration promises more exciting moments for surf fans. Lexus is clearly committed to bringing together the world of surfing and innovation.
