Chery Unveils The Bold New Fulwin T11 SUV With Hybrid Powertrain
by AutoExpert | 4 September, 2024
New photos of the Fulwin T11, Chery's premium SUV, have recently emerged, and it looks daring, borrowing features like the Range Rover Sport's LED headlamps and DRLs. Still, Chery did a fantastic job at making the T11 unique.
The front end features an unusual faux grille with around twenty vertical silver slats. Another standout element is a movable set of slats in the lower part of the glossy black grille that opens and closes to regulate cooling.
On the profile, you may notice hints of Range Rover as well. For instance, the T11 is characterized by its trendy wheels, a slick silver top half, and a deep blue lower half. Skirts and window frames trimmed in chrome provide an air of refined sophistication. Sleek taillights joined by a light bar enhance the T11's stylish, unified appearance. A black bumper and concealed tailpipes create a spare, unadorned rear end.
Chery's C-DM plug-in hybrid powertrain will be available on the T11, according to Car News China. Electric motors mount on the front and rear axles in this configuration, while a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine generates 154 horsepower and 162 lb-ft of torque. Using this configuration in conjunction with a massive, as-of-yet-unspecified battery pack, the T11 will be able to go more than 870 on a single charge, with a further 124 miles achievable with electric power alone.
