Biker Receives $180,000 After Being Kicked By Cop

Cops arresting people is one of the most ordinary things you could think of. Well, this isn't this cop's case.
In 2012, a cop named Rob Edwards chased biker Justin Wilkens, as the latter exceeded the speed limit. The cop was driving an unmarked cop's car.
At one traffic light, the cop hit the biker in the bike's rear and the biker was thrown away onto the pavement. That accident injured the biker pretty seriously, but the cop went further and hit him in the chest before arresting him, which caused the collarbone to break.
The biker won a trial against the cop and received 180 000 dollars. Was it all worth it?
