Alpha Motor Corporation Has Shown Real-Life Version Of Wolf EV Truck

Alpha Motor Corporation has finally shown an actual, full-size design concept after a slew of drawings for coupes and pickup trucks. It's a regular-cab version of the Wolf pickup truck. It will also be on exhibit at the Petersen Automotive Museum until the end of November. It appears to indicate that the firm is taking things seriously, but there are still many unresolved concerns.
This real-life version of the design appears to be identical to previous drawings, and as such, it still looks fantastic. It appears to be and is smaller than a Ford Maverick. We're interested in how the sitting posture will be affected by the low roof and seeming high ground clearance.
It does feature a 5-foot, 5-inch bed, style bar, tube bumpers, and off-road lights which all suits the vintage dimensions. The windows are dark, implying that there is no inside at this time. We also don't see anything below the vehicle, implying that it's most likely simply a model. That also implies that the sort of suspension and powertrain configuration remains a mystery.
All the firm has announced is that it would feature rear-motor rear-drive and dual-motor all-wheel-drive variants, a 75-kWh battery pack, and a 0-60 mph speed of little more than 6 seconds. Aside from the truck's mechanicals, the firm itself is a bit puzzling.
InsideEVs performed some research to discover more about the firm but found conflicting information regarding who and how many people work for Alpha, as well as its location, while part of their findings, along with the reveal video, appears to point to the Irvine, California site as the primary office.
The company also claims it's still aiming for an on-sale date for the Wolf towards the end of 2023, with pricing expected to range between $36,000 and $46,000. All of this is quite ambitious, especially given that we are fast approaching the end of 2021.
