2016 Detroit: VLF Automotive Introduces The Badass VLF Force 1
by AllAutoExperts | 15 January, 2016
VLF Automotive and Henrik Fisker had another surprise for the 2016 Detroit Auto Show, the very badass supercar dubbed the Force 1. This is a 2-seater made from carbon fiber and is focused on performance above all.
VLF Force 1 is based on Dodge Viper and is powered by a huge 8.4-liter V10 that unleashes 745 hp and 638 lb-ft of torque. These specs propel the Force 1 to 60 mph in 3 seconds and give it a top speed of 218 mph.
In other words, this is not a tuned Viper, instead, this is a re-worked supercar that is more aggressive and faster. The company re-designed the style, changed the camshaft, headers, suspension, and is using Adaptive Damping Electronics, and electronically adjusted seats. The immense power is managed by a 6-speed manual or optional automatic transmission. The exterior features a front spoiler, carbon fiber aggressive rear diffuser for that extra downforce when on the track.
The VLF Force 1 will be available from April 2016 and they will make only 50 units sold at $268,500 each. The price includes some extravagant features such as carbon fiber sunglass holder, champagne holder, Wi-Fi hotspot, and navigation.
