Nissan has experimented with an electric drive train on the ZEOD RC concept, which was a racing car and not very available to the entire world. Nissan BladeGlider Concept comes as a proposal for having the same electric drive train on a more conventional car, available in the future, of course.
Francois Bancon was the leader of the team designing the BladeGlader says that the aim of the project was to provide a zero-emission car to the customers, along with offering new feelings and value to the driving experience.
The exterior design has been inspired by air and freedom, the result being a slightly odd-looking shape. However, the main characteristics of the car are aerodynamics and equilibrium. The front wheels are pretty close to each other, which improves manipulation and car's behavior in the curves.
If Nissan would ever decide to have this Nissan BladeGlider Concept produced than it would be a premiere of using engines in the wheels for this brand.
The cabin fits three persons, the driver is centrally positioned and the two passengers - right in his back. The steering wheel reminds an aircraft one and the rest of the board is designed in the same style.
The Nissan BladeGlider Concept wants to make out of driving an enthusiastic experience, resembling races, and adrenalin.
