EarthCruiser has transformed the 2024 GMC Hummer EV into an off-grid camping wonderland, featuring a pop-top camper equipped with cooking, sleeping, and extended battery facilities.
The modification introduces a bed, sink, carbon fiber pop-top, and supplementary batteries for up to seven days of off-grid camping. EarthCruiser's expertise in overlanding has culminated in this stunning vehicle.
The CEO of EarthCruiser, Lance Gillies, expressed satisfaction in collaborating with GMC, emphasizing their focus on design functionality.
The GMC Hummer EV EarthCruiser is capable of comfortably sleeping two, thanks to a carbon fiber extension. The three-layer design ensures comfort regardless of external weather conditions.
Standing at 90-inches tall and extending up to 117 inches, the vehicle allows ample space. An 80-inch entry space, a 76-inch hallway, and a 35-inch bed area housing a full-size RV mattress are included.
The camper features a 605W solar panel and 6 kWh of 12V lithium-ion batteries that power appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, and induction cooktop for an entire week.
A 13.5-gallon fresh water tank supports an outdoor shower, sink, and drinking water facilities. Storage compartments and a seven-inch touchscreen for light control are also included.
Although the weight and cost of these additional features are undisclosed, EarthCruiser is currently accepting $100 deposits for pre-orders. Expected to launch in 2024, this upfit will not be covered by GM's warranty.
