This Dodge Challenger Redeye Has Been Upgraded By ExoMod To Daytona Standards

ExoMod has a very interesting hobby: to work its magic on Challenger-based creations, and their latest masterpiece is the D69 Charger Daytona. This extraordinary vehicle began as a standard Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye before undergoing a dramatic makeover with a carbon fiber body inspired by the iconic 1969 Dodge Daytona.
The transformation process was intricate, starting with the complete disassembly of the Challenger to its safety cage. ExoMod invested over 2,000 hours into this homage to the Dodge Daytona.
The new bodywork does its best to capture the Daytona's essence, although the different proportions might strike some as a bit unusual. Additional modifications include a bespoke carbon fiber hood, distinctive quarter panels, and redesigned door skins to infuse that unmistakable retro vibe.
While the front end may not win everyone over, the rear is where the D69 Charger Daytona truly shines. The attention-grabber is the massive carbon fiber rear wing, firmly affixed to those squared-off arches. Paired with retro taillights set in carbon fiber surrounds, it creates a visually captivating rear profile. The striking diffuser adds to the overall aesthetic, as do the center-exiting tailpipes and the eye-catching Forgeline DE3C wheels with Dark Satin Bronze centers. Inside, you'll find two-tone Italian leather upholstery on the seats and door panels, adding a touch of luxury.
ExoMod's CEO, Rick Katzeff, expressed his passion for the project, stating, "The Dodge Daytona is perhaps the pinnacle of the muscle car movement of the late ‘60s. It represents raw power and aesthetics that appeal to every automotive enthusiast to this day. Building a D69 Daytona has been a dream of mine for many years, and I’m thrilled that we can now offer this vehicle to our clients with modern-day performance and peace of mind."
ExoMod plans to produce more of these remarkable vehicles. However, exclusivity comes at a price, and the D69 Charger Daytona carries a substantial tag of $395,000.
