New Honda ZR-V Is Coming To China And Europe
by AutoExpert | 11 May, 2022
Honda ZR-V, a new small SUV model for China, will be constructed by the Guangqi Honda partnership. Mainly the Chinese variant of the 2023 Honda HR-V, the ZR-V will be unveiled on May 19. The ZR-V moniker is also set to be used for the European-spec vehicle, which is expected to arrive in 2023.
With minor variations centered on trim features, the ZR-V's external appearance is largely similar to the US-spec HR-V. The LED headlights feature a unique style in the front, while the bumper intakes have glossy black and chrome elements.
The panoramic sunroof, which is bigger in the ZR-V owing to twin glass panels, is another modification. A new chrome piece on the bumper houses the two exhaust pipes on the rear end. Except for the new wheel design, the SUV's silhouette remains identical.
For now, the ZR-V is still under wraps, but it is likely to be powered by the same engines as Honda Civic and Integra. In a few weeks, we'll hear more about the Honda ZR-V.
