The 2025 GLC350e 4Matic plug-in hybrid is the newest member of Mercedes-Benz's portfolio. The United States will see the release of the updated model in the middle of 2024. A 2.0-liter four-cylinder motor, 134 horsepower electric engine, and 24.8 kWh battery are housed under the hood.
At its peak, the system produces 313 horsepower and 406 pound-feet of torque. Meanwhile, the electric motor provides immediate access to 80% of the entire torque output, which is 325 lb-ft.
The 2025 Mercedes GLC350e 4Matic plug-in hybrid takes only 6.6 seconds to reach 60 mph. The top speed is electronically limited to 135 mph, and, while in electric mode, the speed is capped at 87 mph. According to the WLTP cycle in Europe, the plug-in hybrid has a maximum range of 81 miles per charge. However, we should expect a smaller number in the US. The typical 60-kilowatt DC charger will allow owners to charge the battery in around 30 minutes.
You may choose from the Standard, Exclusive, and Pinnacle versions. Front heated seats, a power liftgate, adaptive high-beam assist, automatic temperature control with two zones, and more are standard equipment. In addition to upgraded ambient lighting and lighted door sills, the Exclusive trim comes with a Burmester 3D Surround Sound audio system. Besides, the Pinnacle also comes with improved digital light headlamps, noise- and heat-insulating glass, and a head-up display.
Inside, owners will find an 11.9-inch central infotainment panel and a 12.3-inch digital instrument screen. Customers will have their choice of thirteen different upholstery options, eleven different exterior colors, and eight different wheel types. As the 2025 Mercedes GLC350e 4Matic plug-in hybrid gets closer to its release date, the carmaker will reveal its price.
