Renault Tweets About Re-Launching The Alpine In February 2016

More exactly, Renault says they are planning to launch/re-launch their sub-brand Alpine on February 16, 2016.
The new sports car is somehow similar to the Alpine Celebration Concept featured at the 2015 Le Mans and will be equipped with a 1.8-liter rear-mid mounted engine, AWD with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic.
The reportedly dubbed A120 by some sources and AS1 by others, could have around 300 hp and the same drive train that sits on Renault Talisman. More importantly, the A120 is going to rival sports cars such as the Cayman and F-Type.
The bad news is that Renault is not planning to bring the A120 to the USA. At least not yet.
