The Rimac Nevera is known for breaking records all around the world, and yesterday, Rotterdam welcomed the first-ever Dutch-registered example. Mate Rimac personally handed this Nevera, number 24, to Michel Perridon at an intimate ceremony on Tuesday.
Volcano Red, Polar White, and Navy Blue are the three colors that Perridon chose for the tricolor paint. The interesting thing is that the Dutch flag is made up of these three colors.
Gunmetal diamond-cut wheels support this Rimac Nevera, which has partially bare carbon fiber panels with an orange gloss hue. A lot of the interior is covered in dark blue Alcantara, but there are also some bright red accents here and there.
Rimac was able to take advantage of its relationship with Pon Luxury & Performance Cars, the company that runs Rimac Rotterdam, during the delivery event. Mate Rimac stated, “I am excited to see more Nevera hitting the roads worldwide, and this particular example will surely turn heads. We’re delighted to see it in the hands of passionate enthusiasts like Michel Perridon. His ownership isn’t just about a car; it’s about being part of something groundbreaking, pushing boundaries together.”
“As a true Dutchman, I am immensely proud to have received the first delivery of the 2000 horsepower electric hypercar to the Netherlands. Being personally handed over this magnificent example of the Nevera by Mate Rimac himself, finished in the colors of the Dutch national flag as per my vision, is truly an honor. It’s a privilege to make history together with the Rimac team,” Perridon said.
As a reminder, the Rimac Nevera employs a quartet of electric engines to produce 1,888 horsepower. Prices range from around $2.2 million to $3 million, depending on the options selected.
