Porsche has pulled the curtain back on the 2024 Cayenne S E-Hybrid, blending a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 engine delivering 348 hp with an electric motor pumping out 174 hp. The combined result? An impressive total output of 512 hp and a hefty 553 lb-ft of torque.
When it comes to electric power, the Cayenne S E-Hybrid relies on a 25.9 kWh battery, swiftly rechargeable in about 2.5 hours using an 11 kW on-board AC charger with a standard Level 2 charger.
As for the looks, the new model boasts 20-inch Cayenne S wheels, twin tailpipes, and a silver exterior package. For the coupe version, there's a sleek black exterior package. Standard Matrix Design LED headlights with automatic high beams ensure optimal illumination.
Inside, the Cayenne S E-Hybrid treats you to an additional passenger-side screen ensures convenience, eight-way adjustable seats, the Sport Chrono package, stainless steel pedal pads, and the Diamar interior package painted in Silvershade. New Apple CarPlay features mean seamless access to vehicle functions.
In terms of performance, the Cayenne S E-Hybrid can go from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.4 seconds and conquer the quarter-mile in 13.0 seconds. Porsche has added to the driving experience with an innovative two-chamber, two-valve air suspension. This enhancement offers more tuning flexibility, really distinguishing between comfort and sport modes.
The 2024 Cayenne S E-Hybrid is available for orders now, starting at $100,750. Meanwhile, the Cayenne S E-Hybrid Coupe kicks off at $105,650. Expect to see these hitting U.S. dealerships in the spring of 2024.
