Overland Expo 2022 Chooses The All-New GMC Sierra AT4X As Build Platform

Overland Expo 2022 organizers have decided to use the 2022 GMC Sierra AT4X as the basis for their final overland vehicle, which will be on display between July 8th and July 10th. The Multimatic DSSV dampers and other high-end amenities, such as massaging seats, already make the AT4X the most comfortable vehicle in its class.
Overland Expo concentrates on making this truck more capable of long-distance driving. One of the most obvious changes is the replacement of the pickup bed with a new flat tray and canopy box.
The canopy box has a damper mechanism built in to minimize noise and movement that could harm the tray. Also included is an eight-gallon water tank. Firestone Destination M/T2 rubber is fitted around 17-inch ICON wheels. The tires can be inflated using an onboard compressor.
The Sierra AT4X's powertrain has not been altered, but instead, an extra MagnaFlow cat-back exhaust has been fitted. Aside from that, it's going to be available later this year in an extreme bundle. Overland officials said this GMC Sierra AT4X will be auctioned off at the end of the show season, and all earnings will be donated to the Overland Expo Foundation.
