Old barns are golden caves for enthusiasts

When you see a show about what you could find in a duped, dusty garage or barn. Mostly you’d think it’s all staged, but here’s a “prove you wrong” example.
Once upon a time, in a barn, under a mountain of detritus, there was hidden a 1967 SS396 Camaro. Ross Johnson bought it in 1972 when he wanted to go drag racing and he wanted to boost its power with another L78 Hi-Po 396 Engine.
Also, he had a 1971 Camaro Z/28with its solid-lifter small-block 350ci LT1. This one was getting the dust in the family’s vehicle storage depot.
So, you see, all it takes is listening to the whispers around you and have the courage to knock on a stranger’s door. In this case, the owner wanted actually to ensure his retirement and called the dealer.
