No Lego Countach? Here's How To Build It
by AutoExpert | 28 October, 2021
Nobody can dispute the iconic status of Lamborghini Countach. However, it appears that Lego does not want to give the classic sports vehicle a well-deserved official build, just like other iconic automobiles like the Porsche 911 and Land Rover Defender.
That hasn't stopped Lego builders from creating their own Countach sets, and we've identified what we believe to be the greatest on Rebrickable. Interestingly, these are two completely distinct constructions. One was created entirely from scratch, while the other was created using a conventional Lego set.
Barneius created this Lego MOC of a Lamborghini Countach LP5000 Quattrovalvole, which you can see in the gallery below. The Speed Champions-style build, measuring 8 studs wide, used 325 components. With today's exchange rate, bricks will cost around $40 and the high-resolution PDF instructions will cost around $6.95. The use of stickers from the UK's Ultimate Collector Stickers adds a great touch to this project.
User firas_legocars, on the other hand, created this other Lego MOC. Instead of making his own bricks, the creator used parts from the ordinary Lego kit 10295, which is a Classic Porsche 911. A 1:13-scale model of the Lamborghini Countach was constructed, making it nearly identical in size to the Porsche model.
The 1,251 pieces used were entirely from Lego kit 10295, according to the creator, so you won't need anything else. This build's complete step-by-step instructions cost $15, not counting the $150 Lego set 10295.
