Nissan Leaf has been built so far only in Japan, but starting with 2013, Nissan will assemble the electric car in two new territories - Europe and the United States of America, the European version of Nissan Leaf 2013 will make its debut at the Geneva Motor Show 2013.
The amended version of the Bavarian four-door coupe stands out because of the striking exterior contrast, rendered through the combining of the body scarlet mat color with many stylistic elements made of carbon fiber - the extension attached to the front spoiler and the air diffuser integrated into the rear spoiler design.
Nissan Leaf's European facelift brings some minor aesthetic changes, but also some technical amendments that enhance the autonomy. Those from Nissan say they have installed a new batteries heating system in the law temperature conditions, which led to the autonomy's increasing to about 230 km. The list of options includes now a 6.6 kW charger that reduces the time required for the batteries charging.
Both the car and the batteries are built in the United Kingdom, and the price of a Nissan Leaf decreased by 3.000 euros.
