Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution - 2015 Limited Edition with more power!

Rumors that Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution is being removed from mass production are not true! The Japanese have decided to keep this model, moreover, to offer it in a limited number and with more power.

Don Swearingen, executive vice president of Mitsubishi Motors North America, confirmed the news about limited edition and said the car will be launched only in June, 2015. The suspension will be reviewed for a better ride and standard gearbox will become a 5-speed manual. The manufacturer declares that the changes will be crucial and involves the replacement of over 2,000 new parts.

The current Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 2015 is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter volume intercooled 4-cylinder engine that delivers 291 horsepower and 6,500 rpm with 300 Nm available from 4,000 r/m. The engine is coupled to a 5-speed manual or optional 6-speed automatic dual clutch gearbox.
