Manhart Unveils New MH3 GTR Kit For BMW M3
by AutoExpert | 9 August, 2022
This is already Manhart's second tuning package for the BMW M3 G80. With a staggering 641 horsepower, Manhart's brand-new MH3 GTR is the most explosive M3-based product the company has ever produced. The MH3 GTR shares the same carbon fiber splitter, bumper canards, side sill extensions, lip spoiler, and rear diffuser as the standard MH3.
The Manhart decal set is brand-new and now comes in silver and grey hues. Inside, the carbon fiber Recaro Podium bucket seats are the centerpiece.
The engine is, of course, the major element. The MHtronic auxiliary control unit boosts the twin-turbo 3.0-liter inline-six engine to 641 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque, a jump of 138 hp and 111 lb-ft of torque over the standard M3 Competition. The quad 100 mm tailpipes with carbon/ceramic finishes and the stainless steel exhaust system with valve control are additional mechanical upgrades.
Additionally available for international markets are OPF-Delete replacement pipes, sports downpipes, or racing downpipes without catalytic converters. Manhart offers two alternatives for the suspension: KW Suspensions coilovers or the dropping kit with H&R springs. Both come with a reworked configuration.
The shiny black 20-inch Manhart Concave One alloy wheels are paired with 265/30R20 front and 295/30R20 rear Michelin tires. Price of the MH3 GTR has not been revealed by Manhart. However, M3 owners can contact the tuner to find out.
