Zeekr 007 GT Brings European Shooting Brake Style To EVs
by AutoExpert | 22 January, 2025
Zeekr is turning heads again with the sleek estate version of its 007 sedan. Dubbed the 007 GT in China and the Zeekr 7 GT in Europe, this stunning shooting brake is set to hit the market in China during the second quarter of this year, with a European launch to follow.
Up front, the GT carries over the sedan’s signature full-width LED light bar, which doubles as a high-tech canvas for displaying text. The redesigned bumper now sports vertical air curtains on both sides, alongside a larger lower grille with active vents.
Around the back, the design focuses on the details, featuring edgy C-pillars, fresh rocker panels, and a stretched roofline reminiscent of the classic Shooting Brake. Topping it off are two aerodynamic fins perched on a small rear spoiler for an extra touch of cool.
Underneath, the GT shares its DNA with the 007 sedan, built on Geely’s SEA platform. This means it’s packing some serious tech, including the Golden battery capable of lightning-fast 500 kW charging. Imagine adding 311 miles of range in just 15 minutes—yeah, it’s that fast. The 800-volt architecture ensures the GT is as efficient as it is quick.
When it comes to performance, expect the same powerhouse options as the sedan, with rear- and all-wheel drive setups delivering between 416 hp and a jaw-dropping 637 hp. Range? The sedan maxes out at 540 miles on the CLTC cycle, so the GT should be in the same ballpark.
Pricing and availability for this stunning Zeekr 007 GT estate are still under wraps. Keep an eye out for more details as launch day gets closer.
