To begin with, street racing is dangerous for everyone, so we strongly advise against it. However, you really have to admire the performance you see here. It shows the power of the classic American muscle car. We are not sure Chrysler is making such a wise decision to scrap the Viper program!
This little match-up is between a Lamborghini Aventador and the Viper. Both have been tuned up beyond factory specs obviously, and the Viper is sporting a good 700hp.
Since it is a running start, the Aventador is at a bit of a disadvantage since it cannot jump off the starting line with the 4 wheel drive. It is not a long video and the cameraman must be a bit inebriated but you can see the Viper leave the high dollar Italian car rubbing its eyes in the dust.
Not bad for the Viper, a car that has no descendants to look forward to!
