Independent Designer Imagines Saab's Comeback With An Electrified Grand Tourer

Even though Saab is no longer in the automotive industry, its admirers continue to hold out hope that the brand will make a comeback at some point in the future.
In light of this, Jahangir Gahramanov from Azerbaijan designed a potential totally electric grand tourer. The Saab GT is a four-seater two-door with a long bonnet. The front fenders are clamshell-styled and sit somewhat higher than the hood.
Large-diameter wheels and harmonious proportions distinguish the profile, while a depression just behind the wheels that extends over the bonnet distributes air all around the body for greater aerodynamics. The wraparound rear windscreen, which opens simultaneously with the rear hatch, helps to make the coupe-style roofline tall enough to accommodate the second row of seats within the cabin.
The only thing we know for sure about the potential drivetrain is that Saab was imagined as a totally electric car. This is an independent design concept by Jahangir Gahramanov for a contemporary Saab GT EV, neither affiliated nor supported by Saab.
