Honda e Now Features A Wide Bodykit And Red Bull Paint Job
by AutoExpert | 25 January, 2022
Honda e is an already well-designed vehicle, but Innovative Composites has taken it to the next level. A widebody package honoring Honda Racing F1, Max Verstappen, and Red Bull Racing's triumph in the 2021 Formula One World Championship is being developed by the firm. The car has been customized to resemble a tiny racer.
The electric Honda's broad fenders give it a ruder aspect while still providing enough room for the huge wheels. The new front bumper now has an aperture, which is complete with canards on both ends. A diffuser lies beneath the rear bumper, while a rally-inspired spoiler rests on top of the roof.
In these images, you can see the Honda e still needs painting and other finishing touches, but a fan has taken the effort to draw a Red Bull-branded version, and the result is stunning. The yellow-and-red trademark colors, as well as Red Bull's emblem, are visible on the side of the car, which has the same navy blue exterior as the F1 car.
Innovative Composites intends to produce the custom body kit in limited numbers for the time being. There are no Honda electric vehicles available in America at the moment. Even so, Honda intends to work with General Motors to create a platform that can support a wide range of electric vehicles.
Honda's retro city vehicle starts at £34,365 (about $46,000) in the UK, which is rather expensive for a little car with a distance of up to 137 miles. As it stands, we'd still want to see the Honda e over here, especially with the widebody package and Red Bull Racing colors.
