Hennessey Says Goodbye To Hellcat Charger And Challenger With H1000 Last Stand

Renowned for transforming strong vehicles into true monsters, Hennessey Performance Engineering has presented the H1000 "Last Stand" Charger and Challenger, its most recent masterpieces. As Dodge is ready to abandon the 6.2-liter HEMI V8 engine that has powered these muscle vehicles for over a decade, these models represent the grand finale of the current generation.

Thanks to Hennessey, these cars have an incredible 1000 horsepower and 948 lb-ft of torque. Numerous modifications have been made in order to achieve this remarkable power increase. A bigger supercharger, improved fuel injectors, a high-flow induction system, modified pulleys, long tube headers made of stainless steel, high-flow catalytic converters, and a crankcase ventilation system are among the noteworthy changes.

Charger and Challenger

The Charger and Challenger H1000 Last Stand versions provide incredible performance, accelerating from 0 to 60 miles per hour in only 2.8 seconds thanks to this incredible power beneath the hood. Both vehicles can complete the quarter-mile in less than ten seconds, or 9.9 seconds, with a top speed of 141 mph.

But Hennessey hasn't stopped there. The manufacturer has also made some minor stylistic changes to the Charger and Challenger models. The rear spoiler, front splitter, side skirts, and rear diffuser on the "Last Stand" models are now made of carbon fiber. In addition, Hennessey gives customers a selection of 20-inch alloy wheels in gloss black or graphite, coupled with eye-catching artwork that gives these limited-edition muscle vehicles a little something extra.

Charger and Challenger

The number of 'Last Stand' Charger and Challenger models that are produced will be tightly restricted to 50 pieces per model. Hennessey gives a serial number plaque to each vehicle as a memento of this restricted production.

The company's creator, John Hennessey, shared his opinion on the project by saying, "Our two most popular models, the Challenger and Charger, combine monster horsepower with a comfortable and competent chassis. Although I'm sorry to see the 6.2-liter HEMI depart, we're happy to celebrate almost ten years of it with our special 'Last Stand' vehicles, which combine the 1,000 horsepower output with various external performance modifications and a beautiful carbon fiber design."

Charger and Challenger

The 2021–2023 Charger and Challenger versions are the only ones that can have the H1000 Last Stand enhancements. Hennessey provides a 3-year / 36,000-mile guarantee for each of these heavily modified cars in order to give its clients peace of mind. The exact cost of these amazing devices has not yet been revealed.
