Bigger, cheaper, faster, hybrid, electric - we have them all on the market now. How about the largest SUV offered by Audi. It's bigger than an Atlas. What's Audi offering now? Well, recently a prototype supposed to be the Q9 SUV. The based-on Volkswagen Atlas prototype is beautifully wrapped in Audi parts.
As you could guess, the Q9 and the Volkswagen SUV share the same platform but is larger than the Atlas and the leaked photos from the Chinese Ministry of Industry prove the VW model choosing China as the market to launch its big full-size SUV.
Nicknamed Talagon the SUV is inspired by the Volkswagen SMV concept that made its debut in 2019 in Shanghai. According to the exterior measurements, Talagon is VW's largest SUV by a huge margin, but the concept features a curved hood, sharp styling, and prominent wheel arches, and sporty appearance. The wheelbase hasn't been confirmed, but we expect at least 120 inches. See the photos below and make your own comparisons between VW and Audi Q9.
