Aftermath of Top Management Battle: More Ferraris by 2019!

Not many people were aware of the battle within Ferrari's top management.
The Chairman of Ferrari, Luca di Montezemolo limited the annual production of Ferrari to 7,000 units. His reason is that when demand is higher than supply, it confers exclusivity and value.
However the CEO of Fiat-Chrysler, Sergio Marchione wants to supply more for the demand. He forced Montezemolo to leave and increased annual production.
According to some sources, Ferrari plans to increase production by 30% making it about 9,000 by the year 2019. It is not clear which of the models will see a boost in production. But it is certain they will not build a Ferrari SUV.
