Acura's Certified Pre-Owned Program Is Now Available For Vehicles That Are Up To 10 Years Old

Acura Precision Used is a new initiative aimed to meet the growing demand for used automobiles from Acura. As a result of the service, the brand becomes the first luxury carmaker to provide licensed pre-owned automobiles up to ten years old.

The buyers of older cars may rest easy knowing that the servicing comes with an Acura-backed limited warranty.
According to Dan Rodriguez, American Honda's Manager of Auto Remarketing, “Higher new vehicle prices make Acura Precision Used and Acura Precision Certified vehicles an even more critical gateway to luxury vehicle ownership for younger customers.”

Customers will receive a six-month/7,500-mile (12,070 km) limited warranty, a complimentary oil check, up to 12-months or 12,000 miles (12,312 km) of emergency roadside support, trip-interruption fee compensation, and concierge services from Acura. The cars also include a seven-day, 300-mile replacement policy. All automobiles sold as part of the program are subjected to extensive background and quality control. When selling an older car, Acura specialists do a 112-point examination on it and solve any service concerns.

Acura Precision Certified will manage vehicles up to 6 years old with this new program, whereas Acura Precision Used would cover cars up to ten years old.
