2022 Bentley Continental GT Speed Has Now A Lighter Exhaust System

Akrapovic and Bentley engineers teamed up to develop an exhaust system for the 2022 Bentley Continental GT Speed that reduces weight, boosts performance, and gives the car a more distinctive sound. Because of their lightweight, strength, and resistance to heat, the pipes are intended to be light, strong, and heat-resistant.
Not only did the teams set the aforementioned targets, but also worked hard to find a system-wide balance for the exhaust gases. The low system back pressures in combination with the improved breathing capability of the engine and improved throttle response thanks to the reduced back pressure increase turbocharger output.
Akrapovic manufactures the exhaust system at its foundry, out of titanium it produces in-house. This system weighs 15 lbs (7 kg) less than the Continental GT's regular exhaust system because of the use of a lightweight alloy. This is due to their looks.
Both company logos are engraved on the four oval exhaust tips and all four tips have a matte titanium coating. Continental sent the GT's stock exhaust system up Pikes Peak, which is considered the toughest climb in auto racing.
2022 Bentley Continental GT Speed has a 6.0-liter W12 engine that produces 650-hp (659 PS/484 kW of torque). It will go from 0 to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds and maintain that speed up to its maximum speed of 208 mph (335 km/h). Both the Continental GT Speed and the Continental GT Speed Convertible are offered with an Akrapovic titanium sports exhaust.
