With enviable modesty, the German company ZF recently announced its first compact city car built entirely "home". The concept called Smart Urban Vehicle comes to revolutionize urban mobility and to achieve this, at stake this revolutionary technology for the automotive segment.
Compacta is equipped with electric motors powered by batteries that develop about 54 horsepower, thanks to which the car can reach a maximum speed of up to 150 km / h. Because it is an urban car, ZF has ensured that it will be as maneuverable as possible, so the front suspension has been created which helps to give a steering angle of 75 degrees!
More comfort Smart Parking Assist adds the capability to use the most narrow parking spaces either perpendicular or lateral. In this respect, it will help a total of 12 ultrasonic sensors and two infrared sensors. Another smart feature is PreVision Cloud Assist which monitors the routes traveled and when you follow the same path, the car will release your electric motors near intersections, saving energy and sparing electro assembly brakes simultaneously.
ZF has not announced when it will begin sales and whether it will be changing the aesthetic, but as the concept is already in testing, it seems that you will not have to wait too long.
