A driver had the courage to take his car out of the garage and the unfortunate luck to get pulled over by the Toronto police because he had expired plates for 30-years.
The driver got himself a $110 fine when he should have paid $120 per year (Total amount for 30 years - $3600). And the driver’s claim was that the officer who pulled over the car claimed that he was only eight years old when the plates expired in August of 1989.
