Vauxhall VX360 a new program hopes to improve communication between its customers and authorized services.
This includes a video recording of the work done on the machine so that Vauxhall car owners will be able to follow step by step everything that happens behind the iron curtain.
Vauxhall's customers will receive service on a tablet or personal computer a short video that will be disclosed to the problem and proposed solutions for its removal. So owners can decide if and how the fault will be removed. The authors argue that such a measure would shorten decision times and besides that everything will run with maximum transparency.
Motorists will also be able to monitor the whole process of repairing his car, being sure of high-quality parts and work performed.
