The Swedens from Volvo continue the offensive with new models. In the near future, they plan to launch a new premium luxury sedan called the S90, which will replace the old S80.
Recently, auto spies were able to capture a second-time prototype of the S90, this time on the highway.
At present, little is known about the new model information, except that it will be built on the same modular platform SPA (Scalable Product Architecture), used in the creation of XC90. And the big brother, the sedan will also undertake four-cylinder gasoline engines and diesel. Although the prototype is carefully camouflaged, we can still observe some form of LED lights similar to those of the SUV and which are integrating "Thor's hammer".
It is assumed that the new model Volvo S90 will debut at the end of 2015 or the beginning of 2016, and will be assembled at its plant in China. There are rumors that we will see an estate version, which will be called V90, but until then we can only guess, pending the official premiere of the model.
